IMPACT Foundation UK has a small team working from modest offices in Haywards Heath, West Sussex which were generously gifted us by a local charitable trust. This helps us to keep essential running costs to a minimum while spending at least 90 pence in every £1 donated on our projects to prevent and treat needless disability.

Judi Stagg, Chief Executive

Judi began her career with IMPACT in 1987 and became Chief Executive in April 2009. She uses her extensive experience to grow our international programme of action and support our local partners while also managing the UK team.

Sarah Smith, Deputy Chief Executive / Funding and Development Director

Sarah joined IMPACT in 2000 and has responsibility for generating income, publicising our work and assisting the Chief Executive in the day-to-day running of the organisation.

Pascale Noel, Senior Development Manager

Pascale works closely with Sarah to raise the funds urgently needed to run IMPACT’s projects and also has responsibility for our website. She joined our small team in 2007.

Lucinda Meagher, Programme Manager (Part-time)

Lucinda started as a volunteer cooking mentor for our ‘Neighbourhood Healthwatch’ project and became a member of staff in 2005. She oversees our international projects and implements our healthy nutrition work in Sussex.

Tessa Brown, Finance Officer (Part-time)

Tessa joined IMPACT in 2008 and is responsible for bookkeeping and monitoring financial and project expenditure.

Sue Castle, Administrator

Sue has worked with us since 2005. She keeps the office running smoothly and is the person you are most likely to speak to if you call! Sue is also the main point of contact for supporters such as Inner Wheel and Rotary clubs.

Elisabeth Woollard, Programme Officer

Elisabeth joined IMPACT as an intern in 2009 and became a member of staff shortly thereafter. Elisabeth supports Lucinda in overseeing IMPACT’s international programme of action and organises our medical volunteers’ visits.

Ciara Howard, Administrator to the Fundraising Team

Ciara supports Judi, Sarah and Pascale with any administrative fundraising duties, enabling IMPACT to raise vital funds to grow and develop both existing and new projects.
