Alternatively you can send your gift to us by cheque or postal order, please print off our Gift Form and return it with your donation. Cheques should be made payable to IMPACT Foundation and sent to IMPACT Foundation, 151 Western Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 3LH, UK.

Please remember to also complete and return a Gift Aid Declaration if you would like us to reclaim tax on your gift.
