MEET THE IMPACT UK TEAM

IMPACT Foundation UK has a small team working from modest offices in Haywards Heath, West Sussex which were generously gifted us by a local charitable trust.  This helps us to keep essential running costs to a minimum while spending at least 90 pence in every £1 donated on our projects to prevent and treat needless disability.

Judi Stagg (Chief Executive)
Judi began her long career with IMPACT in 1987; working closely alongside IMPACT's founding Chief Executive Claire Hicks.  In those days, IMPACT was run from a spare bedroom in Claire's house! Judi became Chief Executive in April 2009 and is using her extensive experience of managing international development and health projects to grow our international programme of action and support our local partners while also managing the UK team.

Sarah Parfoot (Funding and Development Director)
Sarah came to work with IMPACT in 2000 and has responsibility for generating income, publicising our work and maintaining our website as well as assisting the Chief Executive in the day-to-day running of the organisation as part of the management team. Sarah completed her Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Institute of Fundraising in 2002.

Pascale Noel (Development Manager)
Pascale works closely with Sarah to raise the funds urgently needed to run IMPACT's projects by writing proposals, publications and reports and keeping in touch with our supporters. She joined our small team in 2007.

Lucinda Meagher (Programme Manager)
Lucinda first joined the IMPACT team as a volunteer cooking mentor for the 'Neighbourhood Healthwatch' project but became a member of the staff team in 2005.  She now works part-time overseeing our international programme of action and organising our small army of cooking and gardening volunteers to implement a thriving healthy nutrition project in Sussex schools and the local community.

Tessa Brown (Finance Officer)
Tessa joined IMPACT in 2008 from her previous career as an industrial chemist. She now uses her mathematical skills to manage IMPACT's finances.  Tessa is responsible for daily bookkeeping, monitoring financial and project expenditure and helping with the daily running of our office.

Sue Castle (Administrator)
Sue has worked with us since 2005.  As our Administrator, Sue keeps the office running smoothly and is the person you are most likely to speak to if you call!  Sue has worked in the charity world for more than two decades and has a wealth of experience which she brings to her role.  Sue is also the main point of contact for supporters such as Inner Wheel and Rotary clubs.

Elisabeth Woollard (Fundraising and Programme Assistant)
After first joining IMPACT as an intern in 2009, Elisabeth is the newest member of the team. Her current role includes supporting Lucinda in overseeing IMPACT’s international programme of action, organising our medical volunteers' visits and assisting Sarah and Pascale with their fundraising efforts.
